+ Okay, so why do I care about this?

There's a reason copywriters are the highest-paid marketers in the industry: the right words make the difference between a sale and a slump.

This is a chance to overhaul the way you're showing up — for more impact in your corner of the world, more profits in your bank account, and big ol' grin plastered across your face. In other words, you should care because we're really good at this.

+ How much does it cost?

The total investment depends on the custom project we build out for you, and what needs to be included. The minimum investment is $997 since we spend so much time upfront on industry reconaissance and overarching strategy. In other words, even the smallest tasks get our rapt attention.

+ Are there payment plans?

Of course! A 50% deposit of your project total is due when you book to hold your seat, with the other half not due until your project wraps.

+ What if I need to cancel or reschedule? Are refunds a thing?

Your 50% deposit is nonrefundable (since we’ve already reserved that slot for you), but it can be transferred to a different kick off day if you just need to play Jenga with your schedule. The remaining 50% will obviously not be due if you cancel your project.

+ When is your next availability? What days does this happen?

The short answer? It totally depends. The longer, slightly-more-nuanced answer? It totally depends on the time of year and the scope of your project. A good guestimation is a wait time of about 7 weeks before we'll kick off.

+ Will I have homework or anything?

Look at you, you little overachiever! You'll sort of have homework. Before kicking off, you’ll get a carefully-developed quiz in your inbox. It takes about 20 minutes, and sets the foundation for our future adventures.

+ What’s the detailed process like?

Don’t worry — we’ll go over it in nitty, gritty detail when we talk on the phone. What you need to know for now is that timelines take about 5 weeks, investments start at $997, and you're in the best dang hands this side o' the Mississippi.

+ How much do I need to be available?

We'll need you off and on in your inbox for the whole time we're working on your project together, so it's probably not the best time to go spend an unplugged vacay in an ice hotel. Mostly, we'll just need email responses to any questions within 48 hours as they pop up.

+ How is this different from other ways to work with you?

Custom projects take longer than our [1:1 48-Hour Intensives][1], with the trade-off being that they cost less money.

+ Are rush projects a thing?

Definitely. A good rule of thumb is: if the timeline shortens, the total investment grows. Have something specific in mind? Let's talk.
